Here are some questions that will be helpful if you can provide us the answers to:
- Do you have a design that you can email, fax or mail to us?
- What size patch do you want?
- How many patches do you need?
- Do you have any specific colors you want to use?
It’s that simple! We do our best to respond to you within 24 hours.
This will begin the back and forth communication necessary to get the process started. Once we go over all the details and you are ready to move forward, the following step are typically taken:
- We will email you a PayPal Invoice that you can pay securely with any major credit card. You do not need a PayPal account. Paying this invoice gets you on our embroidery design schedule.
- We then provide you with a digital stitch file proof of your design as a patch via email for your review and approval.
- Once we receive your approval, your patch order is placed on the production schedule.
- Lastly, we ship your order via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.
- This whole process from payment to shipment takes approximately 2.5 to 3 weeks.
